My story
How it all started
Bipinsights is my little space on the web through which I want to connect with you, as I share my insights, hind-sights, short-sights, far-sights and certainly oversights.
Sometimes these could be outright philosophical – which is a desirable probability. Sometimes downright whimsical – which is more of my ability.
Sometimes valuable opinions – which is mostly under-rated. Sometimes useless facts – which is mostly over-stated.
Sometimes you will find opinions – which are mostly under-rated; sometimes you may find experiences – which are under-stated.
Some of the thoughts I share may resonate with you, and who knows it just may turn out to be useful!

My story
How it all started
Constantly learning and selectively unlearning keeps me busy and empowered as I manage global technology businesses.
Ownership and accountability inspire my long and short-term strategies, budgets and optimization plans while achieving the P&L, market share and customer experience objectives.
To me, active listening always comes before speaking – this is my strength even as an award-winning Public Speaker, TedX Speaker, Distinguished Toastmaster and an engaging Trainer and Keynote Speaker. The urge to constantly think and connect with heterogenous audiences is also reflected in my client-centered approach and in my strategic, consultative, advisory and coaching skills.
Experience
I seek out challenges and pursue them audaciously. This brings out my creativity, innovative problem-solving, execution focus, effective communication and inspirational leadership style.
In a corporate career of over 20 years, I have handled both ‘start-up + scale-up’ and also ‘sustain + scale-up’ mandates – largely in the B2B technology and consulting contexts.
Having worked in the Middle East, USA and India, I have consolidated my tolerant, culturally-nuanced, diversity-aware and gender-inclusive worldview and built boundary-less professional relationships.
Education
I am an alumnus of INSEAD Business School, France.
High integrity, creative, committed and hardworking is how my Clients and Management would describe me. Friendly, inspiring, fun-loving and focused is perhaps how my friends and colleagues would.
In 1996, I co-founded an Ad Agency and headed its creative side as a copywriter. This entrepreneurial and creative mindset has continued to help me while operating with constrained resources and in hostile geographies
If you scratch the surface of a good public speaker, you will invariably find a fertile writer. My poems and stories inspire personal reflections and growth and in my own subtle way influence social change. I published my first book, “The Unseen Wings” in 2020 which went on to become a Bestseller and won various awards and blessed with excellent reviews from the readers.
