Who needs a coach?
The simple answer to this question is another question – who does not need a coach?
Anyone aspiring to move up their performance in any field from ‘what it is’ to ‘what it could be’ needs a coach.
If there is one thing that I have learned, failed, re-learned and strengthened over the years of a fulfilling and challenging corporate career at the global level is the ability to Coach and Mentor.
From working in highly hierarchical organizations, to flat structures, to matrix reporting mazes, to working as a ‘servant-leader’ in voluntary outfits, I have had the opportunity to inspire performances that seemed practically unimaginable.

Writing Coach
I work with aspiring authors right from their idea stage and help in building it into a read-worthy, publish-worthy meaningful book.
Working right from the ideation stage we empower authors and help them build a road map for taking their idea to fruition.
How do I do this?
Is there really a formula for writing a story that sells?
I can confidently say…
“YES!”
Here’s what I mean:
Most stories get rejected by publishers with a “NO THANKS” because of Bad writing. Bad ideas. Bad execution.
A small percentage would get a second reading… then a gentle “No, thank you.”
Decent idea. Fair writing. Not good enough on the execution for publishers to want to invest.
An even smaller percentage would grab you from the first page and keep you turning pages.
Those are the good stories,(comma missing) the good books. If you look closely, you will find patterns in what works and what doesn’t.
If you look closer you will see patterns and recognizable elements from stories that sold well in the past.
It’s how stories get sold.
And here’s what we mean when we say that there is “sort of” a formula for creating an amazing story people want:
There ARE certain elements that ALL good stories contain.
There ARE certain writing strategies that can take bland ideas and make them exciting, entertaining, and SELLABLE.
There ARE patterns to stories that sell.
I am certainly not the first to discover this. Just look up “how to write stories,” and you’ll find volumes and volumes on the subject.
But there’s something else I have noticed over the years:
Story is Story is Story.
Whether it’s a novel, a screenplay, or an avant-garde underground beat poem…
… Story is Story.
There are common connections, common strategies, common elements, common patterns in ALL stories across ALL genres and ALL mediums.
Those common traits that we discovered are what help other writers discover for themselves.
I work one-on-one with writers who want to create stories that sell.

Public Speaking Coach
As a Speech Coach, I work with clients who want to improve their communication and presentation skills. I have had the good fortune of working with clients who have had transformative growth in confidence that enabled them to do the unthinkable.
For some, this meant speaking before hostile audiences and winning them over. For others, it meant navigating tricky Board meetings and influencing the stakeholders.
For yet others, it meant getting to know the nuances of public speaking like stage orchestration, humor infusion, effective vocalization, synchronized expression and writing scripts that touched the hearts.
